Main tasks
- Preparation of sophisticated annual financial statements
- - for partnerships with special and supplementary balance sheets
- for corporations with securities holdings and conversion transactions
- Solid handling of the tax treatment of income from participations as well as disposal facts in corporate tax law
- Support in tax consulting projects
- Preparation of tax opinions and factual assessments

We are looking for additional members for our motivated team in the areas of:
- Financial and payroll accounting
- Preparation of tax returns
- Preparation of annual financial statements
