1. Company setup depends on the business model - not the other way around.
As a first step, work out with our consultant the key points that are essential for your business and without which you will not be able to enter the market, e.g:
- Do I sell goods or services? What requirements or licenses do I need?
- Do I need to be close to the airport or do I need a port connection?
- Is the company location a decision criterion for me?
- When do I need a sponsor or agent for a mainland company?
- What are the visa requirements? Differences in mainland vs. free zones
- Does the Free Zone have rentable offices to create the necessary substance?
2. Decision to establish a mainland or a free zone company.
In the case of a mainland incorporation, we will assist you with the next steps in cooperation with a local law firm.
In the case of a free zone formation, we start by exploring suitable free zones for you in accordance with the jointly defined criteria.
- We obtain up-to-date information on start-up costs and obtain quotes.
- We provide you with a detailed comparison of at least three suitable freezones to enable you to make an informed decision.
- Together we determine the freezone that best meets your requirements.
3. Start of company formation for you.
After successful preparation, the actual formation process finally begins.
